WEIGHING MACHINE AGV50

The main Zetapack's goal is to always propose cutting-edge machinery, which can help to speed up, simplify and automatize the work in warehouses.

The new AGV50 weighing machine was born from this concept, and it is able to work with extreme versatility and delicacy different types of vegetables (such as tomatoes in clusters, zucchini, eggplant, peppers and similar).
The initial idea, in fact, was to create a machine different from all those on the market, but above all, to provide the customer with a solution that can significantly accelerate production speed and reduce the giveaway percentage of each package.

Specifically, the AGV50 is equipped with 18 weighing scales that communicate with a weight control to find the best combination at guaranteed minimum weight.
One of the advantages of the machine is to have a total body with small dimensions, 1x5m. For the customer it will be possible to optimize the space inside the warehouse, working different products with the same machine.

The line can be completed upstream by our automatic denester unit, which will offer the possibility of working with different types of punnets, from cardboard to plastic, from larger packages to smaller ones. Downstream, any type of packaging machine can be connected to the installation.
